Senior Advisor International Tax – Financial Services

An exciting time to join this highly respected, top firm, in an International Tax advisory role. The work you will engage in will be challenging, but you will work with very interesting clients and advising on a range of M&A related tax transactions for well-known corporate brands and large private equity clients. This Senior Advisor position offers PART TIME or FLEXIBLE WORKING, and will provide longer term training, full support and unrivalled opportunities to hone your tax skills and further progress your career.

The type of work you will be exposed to includes M&A due diligence, tax structuring, managing equity planning, corporate tax risk and changes to UK taxation (BEPS and ATAD II). Applicants will need to hold a professional tax qualification ATT/ACA/CA or CTA and have experience of working in a similar tax arena.
