One of the 'Big 4' and best known names in global Accounting, my client are a modern and forward thinking corporate Practice with great ethical working practices. They run a hugely successful Compliance Centre in Cardiff and are looking for Assistant Managers and Managers to support their growing team.

Your new role
You will manage a large portfolio of clients in ensuring their Tax compliance work is completed correctly and on time, managing a team of Juniors, Associates and Analysts to ensure deadlines are hit and the client is happy. There is lots of client interaction during this up to the point of handing over to the Advisory team.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be CTA/ATT/ACCA/ACA qualified with experience in Tax compliance. This may come from a Tax specific role or a mixed role. You should also be able to show you ability to manage people and clients.
