This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded tax professional to work with an impressive portfolio of entrepreneurs, private equity-backed businesses, owner-managed companies, family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide high-quality tax advice across a broad range of private client and business-owner matters, including:
* Tax planning around transactions, restructurings and value extraction
* Wealth, succession and estate planning
* UK and international tax matters
* Advising business owners, shareholders and private equity stakeholders
* Ongoing advisory and compliance support
* Developing trusted relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities
The role also offers the opportunity to lead projects, manage client relationships and develop junior team members, while playing an active role in growing the wider practice.
The Candidate
The firm is seeking a qualified tax professional with:
* Strong UK private client tax experience
* Experience advising entrepreneurs, business owners and/or private equity-backed businesses
* Excellent technical and commercial judgement
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proven ability to develop client relationships and identify business opportunities
* Experience managing projects and supporting junior colleagues
* A proactive, pragmatic and commercially focused approach
ACA, CTA, ATT, legal or equivalent professional qualifications would be advantageous.
