Deal Advisory Tax Senior Manager - Corporate M&A

A leading advisory and professional services firm is recruiting for a Senior Manager into its established and growing Deal Advisory Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional to work on a broad range of high-profile M&A and transaction projects, advising corporate and investment clients across acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, refinancing, restructuring and other complex transactions.

The role will involve working closely with senior leadership and clients, overseeing detailed tax analysis, providing commercially focused UK and international tax advice, supporting business development and pitches, and helping to develop and coach junior team members. The successful candidate will have strong UK corporate tax knowledge, excellent analytical and project management skills, and a genuine interest in transactions. CTA, ACA, CA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
