As part of the global tax team you will provide tax advice for local country controllers and regional tax planning opportunities, tax due diligence and acquisition structure for M&A.
The job has a wide breadth of responsibilities, ranging from routine business partnering and review to assisting in the tax technical aspects of the structuring of significant transactions.
There will be some related UK compliance activities, managing relevant HMRC enquires and support on international tax audit,
You will have a strong foundation in UK tax coupled with the additional experience across international tax structuring and ideally M&A activity.
You will be able to project manage effectively and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role is open to considering applicants on a 4 day working week.
