Inhouse Part Time Tax Manager - qualified accountant or tax professional

PART TIME (23 hours a week) in-house tax opportunity in Leeds.

This role will be ideal for a technically strong individual looking for an opportunity to add value to an exciting, fast growing firm. Someone tenacious, interested and willing to take ownership are the key qualities required to succeed. The role includes a variety of routine transactional UK group tax work, heavily Corporation Tax weighted, plus at times, some challenging VAT projects to own. As you might expect, you will be overseeing the preparation and submission of tax returns & payments, managing HMRC relationships, Year End accounting, budgeting and forecasting and SAO duties, experience of International Tax would be advantageous but not essential. This first class opportunity will suit a fully qualified, energetic and ambitious tax professional. We are interested in receiving applications from those in practice looking for a move into industry, or those with experience in-house but looking for medium to longer term career progression and ultimately greater recognition. Full time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
