The expanding team of this large, non Big 4 practice benefits from a broad ranging client base of both domestic and international work, groups and large stand alone corporates. The role of manager incorporates ownership of a portfolio of clients, an overview of compliance with perhaps some compliance involvement in the most complex clients but delegation and review to more junior staff in most cases, and getting involved in advisory work with or without guidance from senior managers and partners depending on the complexity of the work and the level of your experience.

The partners are keen to recruit a manager who is keen to be actively involved in the client relationship, and who enjoys both technical work and mentoring and managing junior members of the team. The scope and quality of work is impressive and will ensure not only that you have a range of interesting projects to work on but also that you are able to continue to extend your technical ability across a range of industry sectors.
