Transfer Pricing - Business Model Optimisation - Private Equity

The UK fastest growing advisory firm, is expanding it Transfer Pricing team with a focus on business model optimization for PE Firms and their portfolio investment businesses.

The firm in question, is a market leader in the Private Equity market and you will join at a exciting times in its growth story. As a transfer pricing specialist, you may know the space as value chain management, global operating model advisory and/or performance improvement and enhancement. This role is ideal for a person who aided a firm whether as an advisor or in-house through a major business transformation, perhaps through setting up a new hub and or business division or advised them on moving IP.

The focus in question here in this newly created role is assisting their extremely strong private equity client base in identifying and realising operating model and transfer pricing opportunities in M&A transactions, from early stage due diligence through post-deal integration and restructuring. This includes preparation of target operating model papers, cost-benefit analyses, tax modelling, location analyses and implementation step plans.

The important criteria for this client, is the person must have experience of this type of work before (with any type of industry focus) and now is happy to focus on the lucrative PE market.
