I'm exclusively retained to find a Tax Accountant for a hybrid finance and tax role, at an impressive real estate firm based in London. The company has had strong growth but has maintained a family feel, they have an extremely flexible working environment, and a long list of other benefits such as a bonus and share scheme.
This is a hybrid role covering all tax matters (REIT, VAT, corporate tax, CIS, PAYE) and also finance matters (FP&A, financial reporting, and risk controls, analysis) and special project work.
You will add value with your tax knowledge but then be fully supported to develop your skills in wider finance issues. The split of the position is expected to be 25% tax, 75% finance and an excellent opportunity to gain commercial viewpoint at a highly regarded real estate business.
They are open on the level of the candidate and it could suit a Tax Accountant/Tax Assistant Manager/Tax Manager who has a strong background in corporate tax, CIS or VAT who wants to It’s a chance to be in a broader finance-focused role, whilst safeguarding the tax matters. Personality fit is key, alongside the tax technical skillset, you must have an analytical mindset, personable and able to work as part of a small team.
