Tax Compliance & Reporting Director, Thames Valley, £80k to £90k + £7k car and bonus

An exciting role has arisen working in the HQ of a privately owned multinational group in the Thames Valley to lead the tax compliance and reporting team. Reporting to the Global Head of Tax, you will have two direct reports and take accountability over group reporting and forecasting for the Group, as well as country by country reporting and oversight over transfer pricing documentation. You will also manage the largely outsourced tax compliance position and manage the risk position.

This role is a senior position within the team and they are keen for the successful candidate to become the Deputy Head of Tax. As such they are keen for candidates with a strong UK technical background in tax reporting and compliance, but also the appetite to take on more strategic, group and team responsibility.
