Are you interested in progressing with one of the fastest growing accounting firms in the UK?
We’re currently looking for a talented Manager to join the Personal Tax team of a mid-tier firm in London and flourish alongside the growth and success of the company. With a diverse and varied client portfolio spanning from UHNW individuals to private business owners, you'll play a key role in the development of the team while working alongside some of the best and brightest tax advisers in the country.
The firm is currently undergoing a period of accelerated growth owing to its investment in technology and in its people; small yet ambitious, the firm is in a unique position to offer progression opportunities rivalling the Big 4, without sacrificing your personal life. We are happy to consider those currently working at the Assistant Manager level who are looking to take the next step up to Manager.
As well as a market-leading salary, you'll be able to take advantage of a competitive benefits package including health insurance, life assurance, and up to a 7.5% pension match, among many other perks. Managers are also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which in recent years have averaged 5-15% of salary. The team is very social, with a variety of activities and get-togethers thrown throughout the year, from inter-firm football matches to holiday parties.
The firm places a strong value on its people and culture, and believes in leaving work at the office. They are proud to be leading the way among the mid-tier firms on work-life balance, with flexible working offered to all employees to offer them the freedom to organise their working day as they see fit.
Whether you're a Big 4 veteran looking to escape the rat-race or a boutique specialist looking to move to a bigger firm, there's something for everyone here. All you need is:
● A relevant qualification (ATT / ACA / CTA etc.)
● A minimum of 5 years working in personal tax
● Be currently working at the Manager level, or an Assistant Manager ready to promote to this grade
● While this is an advisory-heavy role, experience reviewing and signing off on UK tax returns is necessary
Please note that we will be unable to consider candidates without UK tax experience for this position.
