A Big 4 accounting firm are looking to recruit a M&A Tax Manager for the Leeds office.

Your new role
As the M&A Tax Manager you will be responsible for the day to day project lead including vendor due diligence and purchaser due diligence. You will have a direct impact on the development of the M&A tax team, design client acquisition structures with other senior members and liaise with the Transactional Services team to co-ordinate tax input within the wider timetable.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a qualified (ICAEW, CTA) accountant with experience working in practice, reviewing UK Corporation Tax computations and a broad based understand of UK corporation tax concepts. Ideally, you will have a high competence with Microsoft Office, experience with day to day project leading and designing client acquisition structures.
