Altrincham Based Tax consultancy Seeking Mixed Tax Manager | £40,000-£50,000

A Tax specialist firm based in Altrincham. Founded almost 18 years ago this firm has gone from strength to strength in growing organically and is continuing to do so. This firm offers both compliance and advisory services for both personal and corporate tax clients across the country, in addition to more specialist areas and tax investigation work.

Your new role
Your role as a mixed tax manager will involve working with a team of Partners and Directors in providing tax consultancy advice across a range of matters and will involve technical research and report writing. You will offer advise on capital gains considerations, wills and inheritance tax planning, in addition to helping devise risk and reward strategies, providing advice around M&A activity, succession planning and retirement and exit strategies to name a few.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent technical knowledge in personal and corporate tax compliance in addition to a working knowledge of managing a varied portfolio tax clients. The successful candidate will come from a reputable practice and ideally posses a CTA/ACA/ACCA qualification. You will have excellent communication and client facing skills in order to maintain client relationships, in addition to people management experience.

In return for your efforts, you will receive a highly competitive salary ranging from between £40,000-£50,000 dependent on experience and 25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday.
