Your new company

Your new company operates internationally in the media sector and is jointly owned by two major household names in Hollywood movie production and is looking to recruit a Manager into its group tax function.

This would be an ideal role for someone who is operating at a newly qualified grade within a professional services environment and who is looking to make their first move in house, or who is currently working in an in-house role and wants to take a step up in responsibility.

Your new role

Reporting into the Tax Director you role will be multifaceted but will include:

Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, tax reporting and tax payments across the Group and ensure compliance with all tax obligations
Preparation of tax footnotes for inclusion in the consolidated financial statements
Dealing with all tax related matters in respect of the group operating companies and third party licensees Preparation of transfer pricing documentation
Oversee entire withholding tax process
Providing technical support and advice Review work of Tax Assistant to ensure all relevant deadlines met.

What you'll need to succeed

* ACA / CTA qualified
* Strong international and UK corporate tax expertise
* Experience of working in an in-house tax team for a large multinational or advising such businesses in a Big 4 / Top 10
* Some experience in employment taxes an advantage, but not required.
