The People Services teams across the Midlands have a strong collaborative relationship which allows them to service a wide array of clients covering FTSE 250, FTSE 100, Private Markets and Higher Education. Through long standing relationships and a bespoke level of service, they have been able to grow their client base organically.
Background of the role
You will be reporting directly into several industry leading partners and support them in delivering work which includes both ongoing annuity and significant one-off projects as part of their Reward Transformation, RTI and Employer Assurance offerings. From the partners extensive experience within thee Private Markets, you will have the opportunity to work with small to medium entrepreneurial business's and OMB's. They have strong relationships within the Higher Education sector and have a portfolio of FTSE 250 and FTSE 100 corporates.
The candidate
The Partners are looking for someone with technical experience working within the Employment Tax and who possess the confidence to be able to liaise with clients and to manage their own portfolio.
