Your new company is a leading independent firm of chartered accountants and tax advisers in Manchester and North West England offering accountancy services in Bury, Bolton, Rochdale and the rest of the North West.
This firm offers a range of services including auditing, accounting and tax advice to a diverse range of clients and have over 80 years' experience aiding a variety of businesses.Your new role

As a personal tax assistant manager you will be responsible for your own portfolio of personal tax clients made up predominantly of HNWI's and the partners and directors of limited companies with some trust work. This role will be predominantly be compliance focused, however 20% of your role may also include picking up ad-hoc advisory and tax planning work. This role would be suited to someone that is ambitious and has the drive to pursue a future leadership role. This position will involve client liaison and spotting new business opportunities to cross-sell your corporate tax colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this post, you will have experience of managing a varied personal tax portfolio of clients from within a reputable practice and ideally be CTA qualified. The suitable applicant for this role will be personable and ambitious with a proactive approach to any advisory or tax planning work.

What you'll get in return
In return for your efforts you will receive a very competitive salary dependent on experience of between £35,000-£45,000 for this assistant management position, along with a friendly and supportive team culture. This firm has an excellent out of city centre location, with modern offices split across 3 floors.
