Working in the heart of London, you will be joining one of the leading professional services firms that specialise in audit, financial advisory and tax services. Therein sits this Corporate Tax team, a group of over 40 dedicated tax professionals which will soon be your peers. Recent project wins as a result of BEPS-related developments and US tax reforms have significantly raised the team's profile and in turn led to growth opportunities.
In this International Senior Tax Manager role, you will undertake a steady stream of work, and advise UK and international clients on a range of cross-border tax matters. These matters include group structuring and reorganisations, the efficient use of financing and intellectual property, as well as structuring cross-border investments. You will be developing long-lasting relationships with clients from the technology, real estate, leisure, retail and financial services sectors. This is a client-facing role which will get you away from your desk and allow you to pursue new business projects. Given the seniority of the position, you will have the full support of the Partners.
To join this well-established team, you need:
* To be CTA/ACA qualified, or the equivalent.
* Prior experience in the area of international tax and be technically proficient in your work.
* A strong set of interpersonal skills that will allow you to communicate effectively in the workplace and with clients.
