Associate Director R&D tax – Top 10 professional services firm - £80, 000

This progressive UK Top 10 professional services firm, with offices throughout the UK, has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Director to join their growing corporate tax team to focus on R&D tax.

You will be able to work with clients that are at the forefront of research, including major technology and Pharmaceutical brands. If you have trained in a small firm, this role will give you the opportunity to work on more complex projects. If you trained in the Big4 you will be entrusted with greater client contact.

Responsibilities
• Manage portfolio of R&D tax credit claims
• Undertake consultancy work, identifying opportunities to maximise claims and areas of potential risk
• Give exceptional client service
• Technically strong with extensive experience of working with clients to deliver significant benefits from making R&D tax credit claims
• Identifying opportunities on new and existing client portfolios based on extensive experience and knowledge of R&D tax credits

You will already have completed your ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA (or equivalent) and will have previous exposure to corporate tax. You also need to be a proactive individual that has the ability to build and maintain their own client relationships minimal oversight from Senior Management.
