Your new company
My client is a fast growing Legal Practice based in the heart of Guildford. They are a 4 Partner Firm and is recognised as a leading trust practitioner with an established private client team. This role is at associate manager level with the opportunity for the right candidate to become a Partner within the Firm.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Personal tax compliance, completing complex tax returns for entrepreneurs and resident non-domiciled individuals
* Administrator of Trusts and Estates
* Annual tax returns for trusts and tax returns during estate administration
* Final tax returns for the deceased
* Inheritance tax forms
* Production of trust and estate accounts
* Complying with FATCA, AEOI, CRS, TRS
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant or CTA qualified. You will be ambitious and assist in leading and developing the department. You will be fully supported by members of the department with continued external support when required. This is also a client facing role so excellent communication skills are key in developing and maintaining long term relationships.
What you'll get in return
Your salary will depend on experience and will be between £70,000 and £85,000 along with an excellent benefits package. There is the opportunity for progression to Partner, as well as the opportunity for expansion into a senior role within the in-house trust company
