Personal Tax Manager, Full Time or Part Time, Cheshire

The Cheshire office of this established 10 partner practice provide a broad range of professional services to corporate OMB clients and individuals in Cheshire and the surrounding regions.

The tax team is looking to hire a full-time or part-time (four-day week) Personal Tax Manager.

While the role will involve a tax compliance weighting, you will also get to undertake personal tax planning too.

The role in brief:

Preparation and submission of personal tax returns, trust returns and pension scheme returns

Preparation and submission of P11Ds

Dealing with HMRC enquiries

Identification of planning opportunities before, during and after January deadline

Attending client meetings to propose and implement planning opportunities

Mentoring a trainee on technical and procedural aspects

Suitable applicants will be CTA qualified, with at least three years of post-qualified experience gained in a professional services practice.

You will be familiar with IRIS and CCH and comfortable working with financial advisors on lead generation.
