In this Employment Tax Senior Manager role, you will join a growing team that has ambitious plans to double in size. You will be expected to provide advice and expertise on a broad range of issues including global mobility, reward, human resources management, deals, pensions and employment law. This team also traditionally deals with National Minimum/Living Wage compliance and identifying the risks thereof. As a Senior Manager, you will also play a key role in the leadership and direction of this team. Not only will you work for a wide mix of clients, and be exposed to an array of project-based work.
Ideally, you will be ATT/CTA qualified, or equivalent, and have a proven track record in business development. It will also be beneficial for you to have experience in employment tax issues, Construction Industry Scheme and National Minimum/Living Wage regulations. Characteristically speaking, you should be driven and ambitious, with a willingness to learn.
