Description

Part Time In House Tax Manager.

Reporting to Senior Member for the tax department you will be responsible for:

Ensure Corporation Tax Returns, and any other tax filing requirements, are prepared and filed efficiently and on time, this will involve working with the UK entities to plan and agree the information requirements and appropriate timetable as well as reviewing quarterly payments on account.

Supporting the UK entities in ensuring that all internal and external reporting requirements are met.

Supporting the business on Tax on group-wide projects.
*

Supporting the non-UK entities in advising on internal and external reporting requirements are met, reviewing tax calculations and accounting, assisting with tax authority enquiries and filings and reviewing proposed transactions.
*

Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and how the business operates in order to identify issues and opportunities arising from the group's business activities, ensuring the group remains compliant.

Profile

You should have a proven track record in corporate tax, coupled with a professional qualification.
