A Big 4 firm is looking for a manager to join the People Advisory Services (PAS) team.
This team was formed in 2015 and is one of the fastest growing teams in the firm, providing end-to-end offerings to solve their clients big, complex people and organisational issues. The PAS team supports clients to enable the people of an organisation to best execute its strategy, including a particular focus on:
- Incentivisation through performance and reward programmes
- HR-owned change and transformation programs
- Behavioural change techniques in all types of transformation programs
- Talent optimization
Key responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work with some of the biggest names in the financial services sector as they address the challenge posed by the markets and regulators over the past years to deliver real, sustainable change across all levels of their organisation. Opportunities exist to shape the direction of the rapidly expanding PAS team, for individuals with a deep interest in people advisory work, a proven delivery record and an enthusiasm for building a strong, focused team.
Key skills and qualifications:
• Experienced team leader who has successfully led, motivated, coached and developed high performing teams
• Ability to analyse complex problems and to design and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
• Capable project manager able to structure, plan and monitor projects/workstreams to meet client expectations and mitigate delivery risks and issues
• Financial Services Consulting experience in a ‘Big 4’ or equivalent environment
• An experienced technical specialist in Reward and Performance
• Has been involved in Reward and Performance initiatives/transformation programs and can demonstrate experience of owning significant portions of the project lifecycle
