This tax team within one of the Big 4 is growing and looking for experienced tax professionals from either another Practice or in-house background. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will walk into a role which holds a high level of technical and people management duties. The key technical responsibilities are in the tax accounting and auditing of tax accounts (in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and UK GAAP).
Key responsibilities will include:
* Relationship management with clients.
* Managing the delivery of projects which are technically complex in the tax accounting and auditing of tax accounts area.
* Supervise, coach and mentor staff.
* Involvement of management of the team - strategy and operations, and also managing of junior staff.
In order to be considered for this position you will have a high level of tax accounting skills in accordance with IFRS, UK and US GAAP, with a strong working knowledge of IAS 12. This is to be combined with an audit background and the ability to lead an audit. It is also essential to be qualified ACA, CTA or the equivalent.
