Transfer pricing is the area that concerns most multinational businesses.
In the UK, the corporation tax self-assessment regime for transfer pricing makes the taxpayer responsible for verifying 'arm's length' prices on all related-party transactions, including UK to UK.
HMRC imposes interest and penalties for non-compliance, even if your company has made losses. So it's vital your business manages its transfer-pricing obligations effectively. We're here to help you do just that.
Our requirement would suit individuals that are Transfer Pricing delivery focussed and possess the ability to take full ownership for the completion of advisory and project work. You may be operating at experienced Manager through to an experienced Senior Manager / Associate Director to be considered for this opportunity. You’ll work alongside a strong leadership team and gain the skills necessary to move your career forward in the future.
Markets
• Participates fully in new client pitch situations.
• Builds a personal network from which referrals are received.
• Is proactive in developing, maintaining and monitoring their network using a structured approach.
Clients
• Takes responsibility and ownership of the client relationship at the appropriate level in the client's organisation.
• Writes high quality tax reports, Transfer Pricing documentation materials with minimal input from directors or partners.
Transfer Pricing Delivery
• Acts as a focal point for the delivery of sophisticated Transfer Pricing advice to clients and the business around acquisitions and disposals, business restructuring. .
• Demonstrates an ability to analyse and interpret data, identifying business issues and applying technical knowledge appropriately.
• Experience of Transfer Pricing dispute resolution and possess knowledge of advanced pricing agreements and ‘thin-cap’ agreements.
People
• Is an approachable and respected member of the team who takes a proactive interest in the team's performance and wellbeing.
• Takes responsibility and ownership for wider team issues.
• Leads, manages, motivates and coaches managers by inducting effectively, giving regular feedback and completing timely performance reviews.
