Part-time Accountant with a Tax background for Practice Firm in East London- £15/hour

Your new company
My client is a sole-proprietor who has built up this practice. The client base has now grown enough to warrant an additional, part-time accountant to help manage the workload.

Your new role
The role will involve preparing accounts independently and advising clients on their tax needs. It is very flexible, generally 2 days per week between 10 am and 4.30 pm. That can be split into 3 shorter days so is ideal to work around childcare and school pick-ups. During busy times of the year the job may involve some extra hours, although these will not necessarily be in the office.

What you'll need to succeed
The owner spends a lot of time with his businesses abroad so you will need to be very confident preparing accounts with no outside input. You will ideally have several years' experience working in practice with a solid understanding of personal tax laws.

What you'll get in return
You will earn £15/hour and there is street parking by the office. It is also within comfortable walking distance from the train station, so very convenient for public transport. Most importantly, this is a flexible job that can work around your life and other commitments.
