US Tax Financial Services State and Local Tax Manager/ Senior Manager (Financial Services)

Nebula Partners are working with a global consultancy to identify a US tax specialist to join their market leading London team. The FS practice offers tax advisory, transaction and compliance services to a variety of financial services clients in the asset management space including RE, PE and hedge funds and their management companies. The team is 50 plus US tax professionals strong.

The team are looking to hire a State and Local Tax Manager/ Senior Manager, specialising in State Income of Franchise tax, to provide assistance to tax compliance and advisory engagements and to contribute to the delivery of innovative tax planning ideas for a broad range of clients.

You’ll deliver a full range of State and Local tax services including tax return preparation and review, tax research preparation of technical memorandums and drafting client correspondence. You’ll get involved in business development initiatives and review the work of juniors as well as helping to develop them both technically and in their careers.
