An exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational firm in Zurich, Switzerland. My client is currently looking to develop their Global Compensation Services offering by bringing on an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to help develop the practice in Zurich. The firm are currently one of the leaders in the local market and are currently investing in building out the Global Compensation Services area as to best meet the needs of the local market. Responsibilities include:
1) Coordinate and manage compensation collection from client payroll teams globally as well third party vendors
2) Review and deliver shadow payroll instructions and reconcile payroll instructions to payroll results and preparation of year end statements
3) Provide support in client expatriate process review projects (data and analytics based on compensation collection) and develop recommendations for process improvements
Requirements for the role:
1) 5 years of experience in International HR and International Assignment Administration including payroll and International Taxation (Ideally from a Big Four firm)
2) Good working knowledge of multiple tax jurisdictions including United States, United Kingdom and Switzerland income tax and payroll legislation
3) Fluency in English, German language skills highly beneficial
