Our client is a Global Multinational and is hiring for a very particular role within Transfer Pricing.
Job Responsibilities
a)Lead projects to deliver IT systems development solutions focused on the calculation and implementation of charges for intragroup transactions from supplies of tangible goods through to licences, loans and other financial transactions
b)Manage implementation roll outs for transfer pricing processes
c)Identify systems process improvement opportunities for existing processes and controls and drive positive change
d)Assist with review and maintenance of transfer pricing process controls and provide guidance for the business and tax teams
e)Participate in ERP & IT structure design and initiate system strategy planning and follow through to deployments based on project needs
f)Manage and monitor transfer pricing functions which have been automated in ERP, such as the extraction of cost centre data for calculating service charges
General Requirements
*10+ years experience with major financial software supplier or consultant (eg Oracle, SAP, Accenture etc) or major multinational, with extensive knowledge of design and implementation of financial accounting and reporting packages
*Working knowledge of ERP systems and solutions (with Oracle R12 experience a distinct advantage)
*Working knowledge of transfer pricing requirements from data needs through to charging, booking, monitoring and reporting
*Excellent computer literacy skills, including advanced Excel skills, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and interest in understanding and resolving systems issues
*Good understanding of accounting principles and sound commercial awareness
*Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize personal workload
*Self starter who can work effectively in multicultural, international teams
*Excellent communication skills (English writing and speaking skills) with the ability to present complex subject matter clearly and succinctly
