This well respected mid-tier accounting firm is looking at succession planning and now wants to hire a junior private client tax partner (or director) to join its highly successful team.
Working very closely with the head of private client, you will be given a portfolio of client, so no fee following is required, however you will be required to develop the client portfolio and add to the client base over time. An ability and willingness to engage in business development is prerequisite for this role.
Partner roles without fee followings are rare in this market, so this is a truly excellent chance for an ambitious and intelligent private client practitioner to take the next step in her/his career.
This role ideally would suit a Director or ambitious Senior Manager where progression and partnership is blocked in their current firm.
To be considered for this role you must have a relevant professional qualification and at least 8 years’ experience in a private client tax environment.
