Tax Senior Manager, Deloitte, Doha

As a Tax Senior Manager you will:

• Effective diagnosis, solution, development and implementation of clients’ tax needs.
• Responsibility for proactively growing the tax practice and developing the business within the local market by marketing and targeting new clients.
• Build relationships at a senior level and be seen as a trusted business advisor.
• Responsibility for engagement budgeting, billing, management and scheduling.
• Concentrate efforts on a variety of international research and planning issues.
• Provide leadership in timely and quality delivery of services to exceed the expectations of clients
• Development and motivation of engagement staff and provide them with leadership, counseling and career guidance

Qualifications
Strong academic records and ideally professional qualification as Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor.

Experience
5 to 8 years of general and international tax experience. Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required. Demonstrated professional eminence with a proven ability to solve complex tax and business issues from our clients.
Experience in business development and building a practice.
Priori supervisory experience required.
