Tax Director (Tax Lead) - 6 months, to £150k

Interim Tax Director job in London requires an immediately available Head of Tax for this 6 months interim Tax Director, Tax Lead, Head of Tax interim tax job in London.

Reporting to the CFO for a business going through a high growth and investment phase, which will involve international expansion. The interim Tax Director will operate in a stand alone tax role overseeing the outsourced compliance, and focusing on complex tax projects with advisors. Business partnering is paramount with the expansion plans of the business, as is effective communication with the local finance teams in the various jurisdictions in order to manage the compliance and reporting obligations.

The office is in an incredibly easy location in central London, with 4 days per week to be office based, in order to build the tax presence amongst stakeholders.

Commencing in November, the role will initially have a 6 months duration, although it is covering a permanent vacancy and so an interim to permanent option can exist, along with just the interim option.

To be considered for this Tax Lead role, it is key to have an international tax background at a Director or Head of Tax level; to be UK based in order to be in the office 4 days per week; and to be immediately available in order to commence in November. The CFO would like applicants to be able to commit to the 6 months duration of the role and to help in driving the business forwards.
