Your responsibilities as a Tax Technology & Transformation Partner
You will take a leading role in driving the growth and strategic direction of the Tax Technology & Transformation practice, building strong relationships with multinational organisations, sovereign entities and senior stakeholders. Combining your tax expertise with commercial insight, you'll identify new business opportunities, develop innovative service offerings and strengthen the firm's position in an evolving market.
You'll lead complex, cross-border transformation programmes, advising clients on digital tax strategies, operating model improvements and the adoption of AI, automation and advanced analytics. Working closely with specialists across International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax and Advisory, you'll deliver practical, technology-driven solutions that create lasting value.
Alongside managing key client relationships, you'll build and mentor high-performing teams, contribute to industry thought leadership and represent the firm at senior-level events and conferences, helping shape the future of tax technology and transformation.
Requirements
We're looking for an established senior leader at Partner, Principal, Executive Director or Director level, with a strong background in Tax Technology, Tax Transformation or Digital Tax within a leading professional services or consulting firm. Experience working with non-financial services clients is essential, alongside a solid understanding of international and corporate tax and emerging technologies, including AI, automation and data analytics.
You'll bring a proven track record of business development, generating significant fee revenue and building strong client relationships, together with the commercial vision to grow a successful practice. Some knowledge of the Singapore tax landscape is required.
Candidates can be based anywhere in the world, provided they are willing to relocate to Singapore for the opportunity.
