Assistant Manager / Manager - M&A Tax | Deals

I'm recruiting at Assistant Manager and Manager level into one of the largest and most established Deals Tax teams in the market.
This is a chance to work on major, high-profile M&A transactions, including multi-billion-pound deals, alongside some of the most experienced deal professionals in the market.

For someone coming from a mid-tier or smaller firm, this could be a particularly strong move.
You may already have good corporate tax, transaction tax or M&A experience, but want to take the next step into a Big 4 Deals environment, where the scale, complexity and profile of transactions are significantly larger.
You'll gain exposure to:
* Major UK and international M&A transactions
* Multi-billion-pound deals and high-profile transactions
* Private equity, large corporate and international clients
* Tax due diligence and structuring work
* Complex technical issues arising throughout the deal lifecycle
* Working alongside wider Deals specialists on fast-moving transactions
You don't need to come from another Big 4 firm
The team is open to looking at candidates from mid-tier and Top 10/Top 20 firms, and this could be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make the jump into Big 4.
You could currently be working in Corporate Tax, Deals Tax, Transaction Tax, M&A Tax or a related advisory team. You don't necessarily need to have spent your entire career in Deals if you have the right technical foundations and a genuine interest in transactions.
The opportunity can be considered at either Assistant Manager or Manager level, depending on experience.
