The Opportunity
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted adviser and providing strategic tax support across a range of compliance and advisory matters. You will work closely with Partners and Directors on complex projects while playing a key role in developing team members and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate tax clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted and long-term client relationships.
* Work alongside Directors and Partners on complex technical matters and strategic client projects.
* Provide commercial and practical tax advice aligned with clients' broader business objectives.
Corporate Tax Compliance & Advisory
* Lead the delivery and review of complex corporate tax compliance engagements.
* Oversee the preparation and review of corporate tax computations and returns.
* Provide senior technical input on advisory assignments, including:
* Corporate structuring
* Reorganisations
* Transactions
* Tax planning projects
* Review work prepared by Managers and Senior Associates, ensuring high standards of technical quality and client service.
* Keep abreast of legislative developments and share knowledge across the wider team.
Business Development & Leadership
* Support Partners and Directors with proposals, pitches and business development initiatives.
* Identify opportunities to broaden client relationships and introduce additional services.
* Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the Corporate Tax practice.
* Lead internal training, mentoring and knowledge-sharing activities.
* Coach and develop junior team members, helping build future leadership capability.
About You
You will bring:
* Extensive UK corporate tax experience gained within a professional services environment.
* Strong technical expertise across both corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
* Experience advising owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial groups and complex corporate structures.
* A proven ability to review and challenge complex tax computations and advisory outputs.
* Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercial awareness and an ability to provide practical, business-focused advice.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Experience mentoring, coaching and developing junior team members.
* CTA, ACA and/or an equivalent professional qualification.
