Your responsibilities as a VAT & Indirect Tax Manager
You’ll support the VAT & Indirect Tax Senior Manager in delivering a range of complex advisory projects, while taking ownership of your own portfolio and responding to ad hoc queries from across the wider business.
You’ll identify tax planning and advisory opportunities, stay up to date with relevant changes in legislation, case law and guidance, and highlight potential risks and opportunities for clients. You’ll manage projects effectively from start to finish, keeping workloads, budgets and deadlines on track while working closely with Senior Managers and Partners.
You’ll also build strong relationships with business partners and intermediaries, helping to strengthen the firm’s presence in the market and identify new business development opportunities.
Requirements
You’ll bring at least five years of experience working within a VAT advisory position, with strong technical knowledge and experience advising clients across a range of sectors. You’ll be commercially minded, ambitious and motivated to contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s VAT advisory offering.
You’ll also be approachable and collaborative, with the ability to support others within the team, build strong working relationships and contribute to shared success.
