VAT Manager, Leeds or Manchester

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious VAT and indirect tax specialist to work with a diverse portfolio of high profile clients, providing strategic advice on complex indirect tax matters across a variety of sectors. You will work as part of a supportive, highly successful partner led Northern team and the role can be based out of either the Leeds or Manchester office.

The role will involve:

● Managing a varied portfolio of indirect tax clients.
● Advising on UK and international VAT issues, transactions and compliance.
● Supporting business development and identifying growth opportunities.
● Supporting with the development of junior team members.
● Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

About you:

● Strong experience in indirect tax / VAT advisory and compliance.
● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
● Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service.
