Your responsibilities an International Corporate Tax & Transformation Senior Manager
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients and colleagues on complex direct tax accounting matters. You’ll lead tax audits for international groups and Swiss entities, working closely with assurance teams to bring together tax and audit expertise. You’ll also support clients in transforming their tax functions through improvements to processes, data and technology, while developing specialist knowledge in areas such as BEPS Pillar Two.
Alongside managing client portfolios from planning through to delivery, you’ll help improve processes and quality while coaching and developing team members to support a collaborative, high-performing team.
Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced tax professional with 5–7 years’ experience in tax accounting, tax audit or a similar role, ideally gained within an international environment. You’ll have a strong understanding of accounting and tax reporting, including IFRS and/or US GAAP, with the ability to connect technical topics across different areas.
You’ll be highly organised with a structured, solution-focused approach and strong project management skills. An interest in innovation is important, particularly in using technology and AI to improve tax and reporting processes.
You’ll also be a collaborative team player with confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders. Fluency in both German and English is essential.
