Your responsibilities as a Tax Technology & Transformation Manager
This role sits at the intersection of Tax, Technology, Data and Business Transformation, working with multinational clients to improve tax compliance, reporting, governance and operational efficiency.
You’ll assess existing tax processes and operating models, identifying opportunities for automation, digital transformation and process improvement, while supporting the implementation of tax technology solutions and digital platforms.
You’ll also contribute to tax governance and compliance frameworks, data management, ERP-related tax initiatives and data analytics projects. Working closely with stakeholders across tax, finance, IT and wider business functions, you’ll help clients respond to evolving tax and regulatory requirements through technology-enabled solutions, while managing project delivery, timelines, stakeholder communication and documentation.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with experience in Tax Technology, Tax Transformation, Tax Operations or Tax Process Improvement, with a strong understanding of direct tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and/or tax compliance processes.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or S/4HANA, alongside tools including Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, data analytics or process automation platforms, would be highly advantageous. You’ll be confident translating complex tax requirements into practical technology solutions, with strong project management, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills. Experience working with multinational organisations would also be beneficial.
