Key Responsibilities

* Lead complex transfer pricing engagements across the full lifecycle, from planning and implementation through to compliance and controversy.
* Advise multinational businesses on international tax strategies, restructurings and changing regulatory requirements.
* Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted adviser on complex technical and commercial matters.
* Lead HMRC interactions and transfer pricing controversy projects where required.
* Work collaboratively across tax and wider advisory teams to identify and develop new opportunities.
* Drive business development through existing relationships and external networks.
* Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.
* Contribute to thought leadership, market initiatives and the continued growth of the transfer pricing practice.
* Make effective use of technology and data-driven solutions to enhance client delivery.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

* Significant UK transfer pricing experience with strong technical expertise across the transfer pricing lifecycle.
* Experience managing complex projects and senior client relationships.
* Strong commercial awareness and an ability to provide pragmatic, strategic advice.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proven track record of business development and/or practice growth.
* Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A relevant professional qualification such as ACA, CTA, ACCA, CA or equivalent would be advantageous.
