A leading professional services organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Manager specialising in Energy & Natural Resources tax to join its growing transaction-focused tax team. With opportunities available across multiple UK locations, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional to work on complex, high-value transactions with major UK and international businesses.
The role will involve advising clients across sectors including energy, natural resources, utilities, infrastructure, mining and related industries, with exposure to acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, restructurings, joint ventures, refinancing and other strategic transactions.
The successful individual will work closely with senior stakeholders and clients, providing commercially focused advice across UK and international corporate tax matters. Responsibilities will include leading technical workstreams, reviewing financial and tax information, identifying key risks and opportunities, contributing to business development activity, and developing junior team members.
Candidates should be CTA, ACA, CA or similarly qualified, with strong UK corporate tax knowledge and relevant Energy & Natural Resources experience. A genuine interest in transactions, excellent analytical and communication skills, strong commercial judgement and the ability to build trusted client relationships are essential.
