Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Compliance

An established and growing professional services firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its dynamic tax team. This role offers a blend of compliance and advisory work across a varied client portfolio, including OMBs, SMEs, and larger corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Delivery

* Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tax compliance and advisory services.
* Deliver corporate tax computations, returns, and tax provisioning.
* Support on a range of business tax matters including international tax, R&D tax credits, VAT, and employment tax.
* Contribute to transactional and due diligence projects.
* Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.

Team Leadership

* Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing on-the-job training and performance feedback.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on client work and team management.

Compliance & Process

* Ensure internal procedures and regulatory guidelines are followed.
* Meet departmental KPIs related to billing and recovery.

Professional Development

* Stay up to date with technical developments through training, seminars, and internal briefings.
* Promote cross-functional collaboration and referrals across service lines.

Candidate Profile:

* Significant experience in corporate tax, gained in practice or industry.
* Strong technical capability and ability to handle complex tax matters.
* Proven experience managing both clients and team members.
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development.

Qualifications:

* ACA/ACCA/CA and/or CTA qualified.
