In - House Tax Manager

A standout opportunity to join this large in‑house tax team of a dynamic and rapidly expanding global group. You will be responsible for compliance for UK & Irish companies as well as liaising with advisors to manage overseas tax, withholding taxes & tax audits. Working with great team and reporting to a Head of Tax this is a fantastic opportunity for corporate tax manager - perhaps a first time move.

The role combines hands‑on compliance as well as working on a range of tax advisory projects, such as due diligence, structuring for acquisitions and disposals, corporate simplification projects and governance projects.

Ideally you will be qualified and at manager level, although strong Assistant Managers will also be considered.
