International Tax Director - 3-4 months

Interim International Tax Director job in central London requires an immediately available International Tax Director or International Tax Senior Manager, for this 3-4 months interim international tax job in London.

An experienced Interim International Tax Director or Senior Tax Manager is required to provide short term leadership and technical support to a high performing international tax team. This role will provide essential cover while the team focuses on a major strategic project, offering broad exposure across international tax matters in a fast moving environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

Lead and advise on international tax restructuring activities.

Support the business with entry into new markets, ensuring tax efficient and compliant structures.

Oversee debt refinancing from an international tax perspective.
*

Deliver a range of generalist international tax duties, providing technical guidance and hands on support as needed.

Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across finance, legal, and commercial teams.
