What You'll Be Doing
* Advising on a broad mix of tax matters across corporate, finance, real estate and other commercial practice areas
* Drafting and interpreting technical legislation and complex documentation, delivering clear, commercially focused advice
* Managing matters in an organised, proactive manner while collaborating effectively with clients, counterparts and internal teams
* Building and nurturing client relationships, with opportunities to develop your own network
* Contributing to business development initiatives and thought leadership
* Staying engaged with industry and legal developments, and sharing insights with colleagues and clients
What We're Looking For
* A mid‑level associate with 2-5 years' post‑qualification experience in tax, ideally gained within an international legal environment
* Strong technical ability, excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex legal principles into practical solutions
* A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
* A genuine enthusiasm for tax law and an interest in emerging trends and developments
* Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
