Corporate Tax Associate Director - Guildford

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax professional to join a leading Top 10 accountancy firm as an Associate Director within their established and growing Guildford office.

This role sits within a highly regarded corporate tax team that advises a broad client base including owner managed businesses, UK headquartered groups, inbound multinationals, and private equity backed organisations. The position offers a genuine blend of technical advisory, client leadership, and people management, with a clear pathway to Director for high performers.

The role will involve:

* Leading and delivering complex UK corporate tax advisory projects, including structuring, reorganisations, transactions, and international matters
* Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, including CFOs, Finance Directors, and business owners
* Managing and developing a portfolio of high value clients, with responsibility for technical quality and commercial outcomes
* Supporting Partners with business development activity and identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships
* Coaching and developing junior team members, contributing to a positive and high performing team culture

This opportunity would suit candidates who can demonstrate:
