Accountancy and Tax recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a leading regional firm of chartered accountants who are looking to add a Mixed Tax Senior to their team in Darlington.

This highly reputable and progressive firm have an excellent and ever-growing presence across the area and they can offer exposure to a broad array of clients. 

As a Mixed Tax Senior, the successful person will be responsible for their own portfolio of Personal & Corporate clients, whilst also providing ad-hoc support to the partners on specialist advisory and consulting projects. 

The role will be focused towards tax compliance and you will be responsible for both preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and businesses of varying sizes.

The ideal candidate may be ATT Qualified, ACCA / ACA Qualified, or CTA Part or Fully Qualified and will have had excellent experience of undertaking both corporate and personal tax work within a practice environment.

Skills:

ATT Qualified or CTA Qualified / Part Qualified (ACA / ACCA will also be considered)
Experience of both personal and corporate tax work
Some previous exposure to advisory and planning work would be beneficial but is not essential
