The Role

We're seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join a growing team and take ownership of key client projects. This role offers the chance to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional assignments, develop innovative solutions, and build strong client relationships. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality transfer pricing services while supporting the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day aspects of a diverse client portfolio.
* Conduct functional analysis interviews and apply transfer pricing principles to real-world scenarios.
* Deliver transfer pricing projects from planning through to completion.
* Assist in designing and implementing transfer pricing policies and documentation.
* Support business development initiatives and contribute to client proposals.
* Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure quality and growth.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who brings:

* ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification (or Economist with postgraduate credentials).
* Experience in:

* Transfer Pricing policy design and planning.
* Multi-jurisdictional documentation projects.
* Managing projects and supporting team success.

* Strong analytical skills and ability to apply transfer pricing principles effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service.
* Financial Services experience and exposure to Transfer Pricing of debt would be an advantage.
