With several high-profile Partners already in place-including ex-Big 4 and Top 10 leaders-the firm is investing heavily in its UK expansion and is now seeking a Real Estate Indirect Tax Director to join the journey.

The Role

As Real Estate Indirect Tax Director, you will:

* Lead and deliver complex VAT and indirect tax advisory projects, with a focus on real estate and property transactions.
* Manage a diverse client portfolio, including institutional investors, developers, and multinational property groups.
* Support Partners in developing the London indirect tax offering and mentoring junior team members.
* Play a key role in business development, proposals, and client relationship management.
* Collaborate with global colleagues to deliver cross-border VAT solutions and indirect tax strategies.

What We're Looking For

* CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent).
* Extensive experience in UK VAT and indirect tax, particularly within the real estate sector.
* Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-level advisory work.
* Commercially minded with a proactive approach to growth and development.
* Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
