Accountancy Practice & Tax recruitment specialists, Clark Wood, are working with a leading, nationally regarded firm of chartered accountants who are looking to grow their Watford office with the addition of a Mixed Tax Senior.

This is a great opportunity for the successful person to undertake a varied and challenging role where you’ll have responsibility for your own client portfolio which will be comprised primarily of owner managed businesses and private individuals.

Your role will be mixed and you’ll be responsible for providing both tax compliance and advisory services to your clients, preparing & submitting tax returns and reviewing those prepared by junior members of the team.

The team within the Watford office is fast becoming a hub for tax advisory work for many of the wider firm’s other offices. As such there is a real variety of interesting and challenging planning and advisory work for you to have involvement with.

The ideal person for the role will be CTA Qualified (or Part Qualified) although this isn’t essential. Experience of providing compliance and advisory services to a range of clients is a pre-requisite.

Skills:

CTA Qualified / Part Qualified would be beneficial but not essential
Experience in both Corporate and Personal Tax planning and compliance
